A former personal assistant of David Beckham is weighing in on the recent family drama after the soccer star's eldest son with Spice Girls music icon Victoria Beckham slammed his parents in a shocking series of social media posts.

Rebecca Loos, a current yoga instructor who worked as David's assistant in 2003, reacted to Brooklyn Beckham's claims that his parents have been trying to sabotage his relationship with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham when her followers asked her opinion within the comments of her most recent Instagram post on Monday.

"Rebecca, you gotta see the awesome ditch Brooklyn just posted in his story about David and Victoria and their lies. I feel like Brooklyn is supporting everyone who knows the facade," a follower wrote to Loos in a comment, according to PEOPLE. "I know you are wonderful and happy and don't need validation but I think you will feel a source of extra validation. Especially the end about the dogs 🐾."

The outlet reports that Loos responded, "So happy he is standing up for himself and speaking publicly finally!!!! I have felt so bad for his poor wife, knowing too well what they can be like!"

When another commenter wrote,"Fascinating admission from Brooklyn," the former Dutch model wrote, "The truth always comes out ❤️."

Loos has since hidden the comments to the post.

Rumors of a rift between Beckham and his famous parents have been making headlines since he and Nicola tied the knot in 2022, and it all came to a head on Monday, when the 26-year-old used his Instagram page to address what he claimed was long-standing problematic behavior on the part of his mother, father, and siblings.

"I have been silent for years and have made every effort to keep these matters private," Brooklyn began the several posts to his Instagram Story referencing what he said was an ongoing rift in the family, adding that he doesn't "want to reconcile with my family" over their alleged issues.

"My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn't stopped," Brooklyn claimed, alleging that Victoria initially planned to make Peltz's wedding gown via her fashion brand, but canceled "in the eleventh hour," forcing a last-minute shift in attire.

He then alleged that his parents "repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name" and "have never treated me the same since" he held out on the deal.

Brooklyn claimed that David and Victoria even "went so far as to call me 'evil'" for seating his grandmother, Sandra, and Peltz's grandmother at their wedding table, while his parents sat at their own adjacent table.

Sandra, David's mother, has been supportive of her grandson throughout the alleged family strife, commenting positively on a post he shared to Instagram shortly after he attracted attention for missing his father's 50th birthday celebration in May.

Also at the 2022 wedding, Brooklyn claimed that Victoria allegedly "hijacked my first dance with my wife" during a planned "romantic dance" introduced by singer Marc Anthony in front of an estimated 500 guests. Brooklyn said that, instead of Peltz meeting him for the dance in the moment, his mother "danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone," leaving him embarrassed.

Peltz has been excluded from "Brand Beckham" since she and Brooklyn first began dating in 2020, he claimed. In one of Monday's posts, he alleged that "members of my family told me that Nicola was 'not blood' and 'not family.'" He and Peltz have "received endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders." Even siblings Romeo James, 23, and Cruz, 20, have been "sent to attack me on social media," Brooklyn claimed.

David and Victoria also share a daughter, 15-year-old Harper Seven Beckham, but Brooklyn did not mention her in his posts.**

Brooklyn was no longer following his parents on Instagram as of December, and at the end of the year, David left his eldest out of a 2025 recap post to social media. Rather than celebrate the recent run of holidays with his own family, Brooklyn made the decision to spend the holidays with his wife's family.

While neither David nor Victoria have directly addressed Brooklyn's accusations, the 50-year-old patriarch cryptically referenced "mistakes" his children have made on social media in the past during an interview on CNBC's *Squawk Box *Tuesday morning. "I've tried to do the same with my children, to educate them," he said while discussing the dangers of social media. "They make mistakes. Children are allowed to make mistakes. That's how they learn. That's what I try to teach my kids, but, you know, you have to sometimes let them make those mistakes as well."**
