- She and Val Chmerkovskiy fell during a group performance with their* Dancing With the Stars* costars.

- "Safe to say our butt cheeks kinda hurting right now," Slater wrote on Instagram.

Emma Slater is aware that her *Sports Illustrated* *Swimsuit* runway show debut is going viral for reasons different than what she hoped for, and she's okay with that.

On Monday, the *Dancing With the Stars *pro proved she has a healthy sense of humor, when she took to social media to react to the videos of her performance during the annual show that have been circulating online.

"Woke up ready to see my photos from the *Sports Illustrated* runway show and all I'm seeing online is videos of me and Val falling onstage. Can't believe we did that!" Slater wrote in a post shared on Instagram.

In the caption, Slater added: "This video is floating around 🫣 safe to say our butt cheeks kinda hurting right now 😂😂 @valentin was the perfect gent tho."

A video shared by *Hello! *shows Slater — alongside several of her *DWTS *costars including Val Chmerkovskiy, Britt Stewart, Jenna Johnson, and Hailey Bills — taking to the stage over the weekend for a group performance during the Miami Swim Week show in Miami Beach.

The performance was temporarily interrupted due to rain, but the dancers didn't let a little rain stop them from putting on a show.

During their choreographed number, Slater and Chmerkovskiy were coming together for a tricky move when the latter slipped, taking Slater down with him and the duo fell onto the catwalk to the audible shock of their live audience. Chmerkovskiy seemingly took a moment to comfort Slater over the fall before the pair got back up and the group got ready to go again.

But Slater didn't let the wipeout take up all the spotlight. The dancing pro also walked down the runway in a sexy dragon-print one-piece swimsuit with cutouts that showed off her figure.

And as clips of the incident have gone viral, Slater is using the opportunity to joke about it herself.

Slater, who ended the last season of *DWTS *as the partner of Andy Richter, recently opened up about rumors of her exiting the competition series, of which she's starred for more than a decade.

During a visit on SiriusXM's *Three Questions With Andy Richter* podcast earlier this month, Slater said she has "had the most incredible" career since debuting on *DWTS *in 2013, and has no plans to leave anytime soon, saying she wants to "go through it as long as I can go for."

"I would like it to be on my decision, I think," Slater said of leaving *DWTS*. "But I've decided that I'm going to expect to be there, and if and when they say I'm not invited anymore, I'll conquer that when it happens."

Slater added that if and when she isn't able to dance on the series specifically, she'd be open to "some other form" of involvement. "The brand is doing so well, and I like to produce. So maybe I’ll be like, 'Make me a producer!' or something," she told Richter.

Noting she'd prefer to stay on the series "as long as I feel authentic and comfortable," Slater said when the time comes for her to go, she has her response ready. "And then as soon as I feel like I’m going to be choked out, I’ll pull the ageism thing. 'This is what Hollywood does to women as they age!'"

This year's *SI Swimsuit *show will stream on Hulu and Disney+ on June 9.
