Guy Fieri's youngest son, Ryder Fieri, turned 20 years old on Dec. 31, 2025, and the legendary Food Network host celebrated with a touching tribute on Instagram.

"Happy 20th birthday to my son [Ryder]," the iconic chef wrote beside a series of photos and videos having fun with his kid. "You are an amazing son, a hard-working student, a devoted boyfriend, and an awesome terrorizing little brother."
"I know you didn’t always appreciate your Dec 31st bday when you were younger… but now I think your perspective has changed lol," he joked. "Love you Ryder. Mom, the entire family, and I are so proud of you on all levels."

The photos and videos show Ryder wakeboarding on his dad's back, getting all dressed up for his big brother Hunter Fieri's wedding, hanging out with his girlfriend, Sophie, and posing with Raiders coach Pete Carroll.

Fans first got to know Ryder when he appeared on several episodes of Diner's Drive-Ins and Dives beginning in 2019, when he was just 14. He's also supported his dad on shows like Guy's Grocery Games and Guy's All-American Road Trip in more recent years, but fans were still shocked to see him all grown up.

"This makes me feel so old! We have literally watched this man grow from a little kid! Happy birthday, Ryder!" said one fan, while another added, "Dude! Ryder is 20?? WTF!" A third said, "Ryder is your mini me for sure," and another shared, "He is growing up so fast! Happy Birthday Ryder!"
