Matthew and Camila McConaughey share a citrusy cocktail that the actor describes as “New Year’s in a glass.”

“With a grapefruit spark for spritz and a little champagne shine for glitz, it’s a stress-buster way to roll into 2026,” says the Interstellar star, who founded Pantalones Tequila with his wife.

Camila agrees, adding, “It’s refreshing, simple to make and perfect for toasting the New Year with the people you love.”

"Party Pants is light, fun and instantly festive,” she says.

Wet the rim of a champagne flute or coupe with a lime wedge or water; dip it in granulated sugar to coat the rim. Pour ¼ cup chilled grapefruit juice and 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) chilled tequila into the glass, stirring to combine. Top with 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit rind, and serve.
