Meghan Markle and Prince Harry appear to be in a "strong place" as they continue to be "each other's rocks," a body language expert says.

Ahead of the Duchess of Sussex's 45th birthday on August 4, body language expert Darren Stanton has detailed how she appears to be "truly happy" in her professional and personal life. Despite displaying some "nerves" during her early years in the Royal Family, Meghan has always maintained a "strong sense of authenticity and determination." Harry has always helped along the way.

While Meghan has noted that Harry plays a major role in helping her through "hard days," Stanton noted that the couple's marriage continues to flourish outside of their reliance on each other. He observed their "constant gazing and prolonged eye contact" as a key sign that they are "head over heels in love."

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, Stanton said, "I definitely believe Meghan and Harry have become closer in recent years. You can tell Meghan is head over heels in love with Harry due to her constant gazing and prolonged eye contact.

"It's the type of love that if you're in a busy environment, you feel as though you're in a bubble with that person. I've noticed a lot of situations like that with Meghan and Harry, where they've both engaged in this reciprocal eye contact."

The body language expert added, "It tells me that they've grown stronger and stronger as a couple. Overall, I think we will continue to see the pair develop, both as individuals and as a couple.

"Despite all the trials and tribulations, they are each other's rocks. It's clear from their body language that they are in a strong place."

Meanwhile, Meghan seems to be thriving in her professional and personal life. However, Stanton said that she "has always been a very confident woman." He added, "During her early years in the Royal Family, it would have been natural for her to show some signs of nerves or uncertainty - but it's clear she had an inner determination and self-assurance.

"When you look at her public appearances, there are many gestures that reflect Meghan's strong sense of authenticity. She often uses open palm gestures, which are key indicators of honesty and trust," the expert noted.

"Even through her eye contact and tone of voice, she projects herself very well - it's clear she's comfortable speaking in public and being around people."

Stanton also observed that Meghan appears to be "truly happy in her professional and personal life." He added, "When it comes to her public outings, she has developed in confidence and isn't afraid to attend engagements by herself.

"In the early stages of their relationship, you could see that her levels of confidence and self-assurance weren't as prominent. However, as time has gone on, Meghan has gained the confidence to attend events and campaign for causes on her own."

The body language expert said it's obvious now that she and Harry "don't need to be in each other's pockets, which demonstrates a strong level of confidence, rapport, trust, and a deep connection within their relationship."

He explained, "While the pair are happy to have their own solo ventures, when they do get together, we do see sparks flying between them."

Stanton concluded, "It's apparent that Harry is besotted with Meghan. Purely from the way he looks at her proves that he has found his Princess - likewise with Meghan.

"She reciprocates Harry's emotions in lots of different ways, such as touching his arm or back in public. These are clear tell-tale signs of conveying the emotion of love and admiration."

On July 28, the Duchess of Sussex opened up about her relationship with her husband during a Q&A following a special screening of their new documentary, Cookie Queens, at AMC The Grove in Los Angeles.

Meghan was asked about how she finds motivation during "tough moments." She thought of some cherished advice Harry gave her, a quote he told her "ages ago."

"I think so much of it, funny enough, I was thinking about something my husband told me ages ago, because we all go through experiences and life is full of surprises," Meghan said (per People).

"But you know, he was a helicopter pilot in the British Army for 10 years. And sometimes on really hard days, we were once he said, 'Hey, but my love, you know, even if there's a storm happening above the storm, the sun's always shining.'"

Meghan added that Harry's perspective "only comes when you think about zooming out a little."

She added, "So I think when you really zoom out and think, 'My gosh, how many things have we gone through that have felt hard?' And then you still get through them. Or how many goals do you think you're not gonna hit? And then you hit them, and you supersede them."

Meghan believes it's important to hold on to the perspective "that no matter what feels insurmountable, there's just always that sun shining above it."
